Classes
This Fall we are again offering a series of three two-hour classes, each focusing on a specific self or relational skill. Each class will be offered once on a Tuesday evening and once on a Saturday morning. The cost is $50 per person per class. No Trespassing!
Healthy boundaries protect us from what is toxic in others’ behaviors, and protect others from our impulses to behave immaturely and/or hurtfully towards them. In relationships, boundaries allow us to be protected and connected at the same time. They help us “stay on our side of the fence” and “step up to the plate”. Come learn this essential skill for healthy living and relating.

It IS about being able to maintain a felt sense of our own intrinsic worth and value, despite our faults and imperfections, AND in the face of others’ devaluing behavior. Join us and learn this skill that will help you live happily within yourself and relate healthily with others.
